Opening talk
A successful founder or builder tells their real story: the loops, the wrong turns, and the leverage that finally worked.
The AI Fellowship · Bay Area
A friendly, close-knit community of people building with AI across the San Francisco Bay Area. Agents, workflows, automations, whatever you're making, you'll find people here who get it. Part of a global movement of 3,000+ builders in 80+ countries.
Who this is for
New to building with AI? Come anyway. Curiosity counts more than a resume.
The format
New faces are always welcome. The evening is relaxed, generous, and structured so everyone leaves with something.
A successful founder or builder tells their real story: the loops, the wrong turns, and the leverage that finally worked.
One member mid-build presents their work. The room gives honest, structured feedback, the kind you can't get in a comment thread.
We pick one pre-submitted problem and solve it together: patterns, prompts, evals, and agents. Networking happens throughout.
Every attendee pre-submits a challenge they're stuck on. One is chosen for the group build. A 2 to 3 highlight recap is shared after each event.
First gathering
Small, intentional, and built around the people in the room. Newcomers are welcome; come see if this is your kind of place.

Our soul
Borrowed from the global fellowship, carried into every Bay Area evening.
We invest in people, not profiles. Curiosity about each other before credentials.
Ethical, humane, responsible AI. We push each other to build for people, not around them.
Smarter together. Build in the open, share what works, and take inspiration.
No gatekeeping. Beginners and veterans in the same room, celebrating what we're learning.
Apply to join
There are no wrong answers. You don't need to be an expert. Just tell us what you're building and what you hope to get out of the room. We read every application by hand.
